Thanks for letting me know. I thought I remembered someone giving it a bad review, but I was having second thoughts since the price was so good (and it's in my color).

Thanks for setting me straight Smilie
Do you have a Sedu?
A lot of people like the ghd. I didn't see anything special about it.

I have a solia that I really do like. I have a travel sedu but not the full size one. I had a Chi. It was okay, but I like my solia more. I'm so happy with my solia that there's really no "good" reason for me to even switch in the first place. My hair is pretty easy to straighten.

I know you really like your sedu, right? Which one do you have?

This one! I was the same way about the solia and chi. I like the sedu a lot better than both. You should try it when there is a good deal. I didn't see a good reason to buy it either, and then i bought it when there was that $50 rebate we didn't get.

Oh yea, there was another rebate gone bad. I called subco about my dad's order. They only have one rebate, instead of 2. He's getting the rebate for the one order. Whatever. I'm starting to think companies just put up rebates so they don't have to give them to people. It's so easy to lose track of these things.

Yea, I bought the travel sedu set, which I now really regret buying because it could have been free with that birthday code. I got burned there as well.

I also love the sedu dryer. It's better than the solia one, I think!

I've never tried that one. I have a solia, but I almost never use it. I have an old hot tools one where I can change the heat and speed separately. There are like 5 or 6 levels for both. I've loved this dryer forever and would probably cry if it died. I have the solia in case it does. That Hot Tools one has lasted me years. Actually, it almost died right when I got the Solia, but I took it to my dad and he was able to remove a lint ball so it would function again Smilie

Which sedu do you like?

doubt it'd work for you in the 0 - the most snug part for me was the chest/back area. thanks for the pic tho! i totally should have taken a pic of me in that dress in green. not sure why i only took a photo of the unflattering one... :l ol: :c razy:
laugh out loud

ETA, this is with a strapless, but not the push-up strapless I would wear. I need to re-try the XS with the busty-er bra. When I knock myself out trying to get it on, then I'll know I need the bigger size :lol :
You've convinced me to try the XS. That one looks awesome on you. The S is loose in the midsection on me, as it is on you. I'm afraid I have too much back & side fat for the XS, but I do want to try it. If it doesn't work, you've inspired me to try altering the S. XS looks that much better on you. nod What strapless bra do you prefer? My strapless sags as bad as my boobs. laugh out loud I feel like I have to constantly tug at it to keep it from sliding down. There's definitely no push-up with it. It's a Biofit 7-way.

I flew on Horizon from ONT. I booked Alaska and didn't realize they had a partner out of ONT instead, which was a small propeller plane! : omg: NEVER again!!
And OMG! Your short hair!! : )
I've flown on a few of those myself. The airport near my home town is really small. When I got off one plane, my sis asked if I got to take my turn with the remote flying the plane. laugh out loud There was a single row on each side of the aisle, with probably 10 rows on each side. My seat was a pull down, in the back, between those rows. EEK! I'm strange, & actually like flying in small planes. They don't fly as high, so I'm not as far from the ground. Crazy I don't really like them that small though.

Quote from PordaPoddy :
I think they're both really cute, but they're soooooo tall! :faint : In my search for the "perfect peeptoe" for bridezilla, DH almost convinced me to keep a 5" tall (2" platform) pair saying, "Don't worry, with those on, you won't be on your feet for long around me" :coverlaf :
I'm sure my DH was thinking the same thing, when he said he liked them. Teehee They are higher than I usually wear, but they'll only be my dinner shoes. After we eat & maybe see the show, I'll be returning to our cabin for more comfortable shoes. I'm a wimp. Embarrassment The Two Lips shoes may be too much for me. I'm not convinced I would wear them. They're just not my usual style.

Saw this on a deal site. Free beauty rush with purchase printable. Looks kind of weird.

I attached the one I got in my email the other day - I know this one is legit. HTH someone : )
Thanks ladies.

:hear t: it

your pic confirmed what i thought i was dong wrong why strapless always looks wrong on me... i try them on too high up :lo l:
You're not alone. I pull strapless dresses up as high as I can get them too. If I'm showing a lot of cleavage, I'm not comfortable. That means I won't ever wear the dress.

Word of advice for the day:

Do not eat any crumbly item at your desk while you have a cowl neck shirt on. I have bits of breakfast bar all in my shirt :lol :
LMAO

Quote from CrazyCatJade :
You ladies may find this funny. Last night, I got out of the shower and put my pore strips on my nose and forehead. DD couldn't figure out if it was funny or scary. She'd look at me and then her little bottom lip would stick out and start quivering, then I would make a different face and she'd start laughing. Then, she'd look away, look back at me and giggle. 30 seconds later I got the quivery lip again. It was pretty funny!
So adorable. heart

I'm seriously dreaming of express B1G1 50% off for any item sale again with a code. I hope that happens so I can get more dresses : D
Me too, especially now that we have FS. bounce I'm still kicking myself for not buying more dresses, during the last, good sale.

Quote from nerdgirl :
i know what you mean - i've been holding onto my mailer also. i'm dumb and should have used it today in store on that sweater kurpee linked. then i could have used my $30 reward (using the rest of the reward on the maxi dress). :f acepalm: instead, i used a newer reward that expires in sept, while my $30 reward expires in august and remains unused. silly me!
I did something similar. Annoyed I had my DH return the Belted Chiffon Ruched Dress that I got a great deal on. After the fact, I realized I should have had him exchange it for the Metallic Ruched Lace Dress. He could have returned that one, if I didn't like it. If I did, I would have gotten it for a good price. Facepalm

Quote from nerdgirl :
i fixed my rewards problem - ordered the kurpee sweater in orchid and used a 15 off 30 q. then added some clearance accessories to use the rest of the reward. hope i like the accessories!
I'm glad you figured out a good deal for your coupon & reward. woot
