yeah... i think i have a bit of a swimmer's body, possibly bc i swam a lot when i was growing up. my shoulders are super wide and fairly bony, as are my arms (long and thin). my bust measurement is similar to my hips, but my shoulders are way wider. (how do you measure shoulders?)

The other article is more confusing.

For shoulders, I just measured around my shoulders towards the top. I'd imagine that's how you'd do it? Read more into the curvy clothes and it lists what I mostly wear. So I guess I'm a weird non busy curvy? Not sure. I know that I have a lot of upper body strength, so probably why it's the same as hips?

just a quick check-in as the weekend nears and crazy-town kicks up. The BM dress fits! This is good, b/c one of the BM's doesn't fit (too big) and got quoted $90 to fix it. 3 layers of chiffon is killer.

I have one of the trio bags, sad I missed out on all those others, Icey is our VS historian!

Above and around arms is how I did it. Under arms wouldn't be shoulders?

ANOTHER great experience at my local VS today. I slept on whether or not I wanted the bra and decided to get it. Same manager there and same person who rung me up.

I also tried on the new BBV and I really really like it. The material is amazingly soft and when the PBOS coupon comes around again, I think I will jump on it. They forgot to give me a free perfume vial. Oh well, don't need anymore perfumes.

Anyway, she gave me the getaway bag even though I bought the bra yesterday and got the one today and my purchase was WELL under $75 from the two days. I mean, how amazing is that? Able to combine $10 off $50 with PBOS $10 bra with no problem.

The bag is not as big as the trio bags, quality not as good. It is a good duffel/gym bag though!

I was telling the manager that I would hate going in stores and went to other stores cause the managers there sucked, but been very happy whenever she was around as manager for the day
I guess enough complaints to corporate actually works!

i will keep less than half of what i ordered that night... only because some of them i've tried on before. those i haven't, i'm keeping only one, and only because i ordered 2 sizes in that style.

it crossed my mind too that it is what they're calling red... so i looked at the pic online and thought "no way"

vacay is not going well for me. i am sick at least the kiddos are not. the sickness started with older boy, then baby, then me.

Holiday 2006 - Black Canvas Trio Bags: Very sturdy. The largest one I used to use as a carry-on bag before I purchased a spinner bag. It is a duffle-type bag. The medium bag a smaller duffle-type bag. The smallest bag is the shape of the LV Speedy, probably a little smaller. I use this one as my grocery/drugstore bag. All had gold-plated name plates. I believe the two larger ones both had removeable shoulder straps. (The largest one definitely had one.) I just snapped a photo of the smallest one. (The other two are in storage.) I own 2 large ones and one of each of the other two sizes.

Holiday 2007 - Black Nylon Trio Bags: They were basically the same shapes as the 2006 bags. Not true...I think the largest one and the smallest one were the same sizes as the previous year; however, I believe the medium size is a Hot Pink Tote that is the same size as the medium size "Spring Break" bag. This is also the season that the Hot Pink Rollerbag was offered. There was also a Black w/Light Pink Trim Canvas Garmet Bag that was offered right before the Trios. The trios of this season were not as well made as the previous year. I gifted one to my friend, she had a problem with the zipper a couple of times. I have never used any of these bags, except the garment bags. No picture of the trio because they all are in storage.

Spring Break 2008 - Creme & Hot Pink Trim Trio Bags: I am not sure if VS dubbed them the "Spring Break" bags or not. They were available in April 2008. I have never used these bags either. I own two of the largest ones and one of each of the other two sizes.

Holiday 2008 - Black & Leopard Nylon Trio Bags: These are the bags that Annicus was nice enough to find on the Bay for us. I did not like the shape of these bags at all. That did not stop my from ordering two of the largest and one of the medium bags. This was the last holiday that the Trios were offered.

not sure if it's been posted here before but, interesting article [squidoo.com] about body types. i'm definitely a T with my wide shoulders and narrow hips. it's really pronounced with the express boatneck dress, shown here [staticflickr.com]. what a huge difference compared to the striped ruched dress here [staticflickr.com]. these are both me!
