Grand Prize: one (1) Thermador Pro Grand® Steam Range, model number PRD48JDSGU. ARV $15,399. Winner is solely responsible for any costs of installation (including all modifications to cabinetry, or other modifications needed for installation of the prize).
First Prize: one (1) travel package to Paris, France for winner ONLY. First Prize winner must be able to travel October 15 DGWB 20, 2012; if winner is unavailable on such dates, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining qualified entries received, time permitting. Trip package includes roundtrip coach air travel from international airport closest to winner's residence (as determined by Co-Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport ("CDG"), 6-day/5-night hotel (standard, single occupancy and room tax only) accommodations (as determined by Co-Sponsors in their sole discretion) in Paris at the 4-star Hotel Bourgogne-Montana. If winner fails to meet David Lebovitz or Mort Rosenblum for any reason, Co-Sponsors' sole liability to winner will be to provide the remaining elements of the First Prize; if winner does not take cooking class with particular chefs from La Cuisine Cooking School of Paris, Co-Sponsors' sole liability to winner will be to provide a cooking class with other chefs of comparable skill/reputation who may or may not be employed by La Cuisine Cooking School of Paris as well as the remaining elements of the First Prize. Winner further understands and agrees that Co-Sponsors and Administrator make no representation as to the duration of the "meet and greet" with David Lebovitz or Mort Rosenblum. Co-Sponsors will determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Co-Sponsors' airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining valid passport and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Co-Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
