OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE'S CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and where prohibited by law. This Contest is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.
1. Eligibility/Entries: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal United States resident (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of Henkel Consumer Goods Inc. or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each. Contest begins at 12:00:00 PM ET on September 25, 2012 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on October 24, 2012. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules.
This Contest requires that you have Internet access and a valid e-mail address. By entering this Contest entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail and to have their entry information posted on the Renuzit Fan Page for the purpose of public viewing without any additional compensation. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged. Entry is for individuals only, no groups, clubs or associations. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrant understands that he or she is providing information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook.
2. Contest Requirements: To participate go to the "Renuzit Tempting Indulgences Quiz" Contest tab on the Renuzit Facebook page (www.facebook.co
3. Winner Selection: Sponsor will award instant win prizes throughout the Contest period. A total of 100 gift card winners will be awarded at random times during the Contest.
4. Prizes: (100) $20 Gift Cards randomly awarded for Starbucks and Godiva. ARV. $20 each. Total value of all prizes is $2000. None of the above entities are sponsors of this contest.
5. Prize Acceptance: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, or assignable. No prize substitutions, except as provided here-in.
6. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and their agents are not responsible for any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or delayed by computer transmissions. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
