you must have or receive a valid FedEx Express nine (9) digit account number (the "Account Number") and personally complete and submit the online enrolment form (thereby becoming an "Eligible Entrant")

you may register for the Sweepstakes beginning September 25, 2012. Registration closes November 29, 2012

The Sweepstakes will be available to be played, in accordance with these Official Rules, between October 19, 2012 (12:01 a.m. EST) and November 29, 2012 (11:59 p.m. EST)

There will be four levels of Point Targets: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4. FedEx will measure the number of Qualifying Shipments (as defined below) you made with FedEx when using your Account Number during each of the following measurement periods (each a "Measurement Period" and collectively the "Measurement Periods"):

August 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011;
October 1, 2011 to November 30, 2011;
December 1, 2011 to May 31, 2012; and calculate your points as follows:

Add one (1) point for each Qualifying Shipment made from a Canadian origin to a Canadian destination (excluding shipments made using FedEx Priority Overnight®) during each Measurement Period.
Add five (5) points for each Qualifying Shipment made from a Canadian origin to any international destination (excluding shipments made using a "Featured Service" consisting of FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Ground™ and FedEx® International Priority Freight) during each Measurement Period.
Add ten (10) points for each Qualifying Shipment made from a Canadian origin using any of the following four "Featured Services" during each measurement period:
FedEx Priority Overnight®
FedEx International Ground™
FedEx International Priority®
FedEx® International Priority Freight
Divide the result by the number of weeks in each Measurement Period and multiply by 1.5 to arrive at your 1.5 weeks average.
Add the 1.5 weeks average of each Measurement Period and divide by 3. This will be your Level 4 Point Target.

In order to establish your Point Targets for Levels 1, 2 and 3, FedEx will calculate your "Growth Point Factor" as follows:

Identify your highest 1.5 weeks average point total from among the three Measurement Periods, subtract the 1.5 weeks average (Level 4 Point Target) and divide the result by 1.5 and round off to the nearest whole number. This will become your Growth Point Factor.
If your Growth Point Factor is less than 1, your Growth Point Factor will be deemed to be one (1).
The Growth Point Factor will be added to your Level 4 Point Target to calculate your Level 3 Point Target, added to your Level 3 Point Target to calculate your Level 2 Point Target and Your Level 1 Point Target will be your Level 2 Point Target plus the Growth Point Factor.

For Example:

If your Level 4 Point Target is calculated or deemed by FedEx to be equal to 80 and your highest 1.5 weeks average point total is 100, the difference is 20 points. This is then divided by 1.5 and rounded off to the nearest whole number to establish your Growth Point Factor of 13. A 13 point growth rate will be applied to your incremental point target at each Level as follows:

RANDOM DRAW PRIZES:

There will be a total of fourteen hundred and thirty-four (1,434) prizes available to be won by way of the five (5) separate Random Draws (the "Random Draws").

i) Early Bird Random Draw

The Early Bird Random Draw Prize consists of the following:

A trip for two to the 2013 Pro Bowl in Hawaii.**

The "Trip to the 2013 Pro Bowl in Hawaii" Early Bird Random Draw Prize consists of two (2) Lower Level Sideline tickets to the 2013 Pro Bowl, four (4) nights accommodation at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel (double occupancy) and a total of One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) CDN spending money. The Early Bird Prize winner and travelling companion must depart from and return to the Vancouver, B.C. international airport. For non- BC residents, return economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home to Vancouver, B.C. International Airport will be included in the Early Bird Random Draw Prize including any taxes and fees associated with the air transportation charges. Transportation to and from the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel and the Honolulu International airport will be included in the Early Bird Random Draw Prize. The trip must be taken by the winner and his or her companion from January 24, 2013 to January 28, 2013. The Early Bird Random Draw Prize winner and travelling companion must travel together and will be responsible for transportation to and from the major airport nearest winner's home, meals, gratuities, applicable taxes, incidentals and all other expenses. The approximate retail values of this Early Bird Random Draw Prize are based on the following three departure point examples:
Vancouver, BC: $7,800.00 CDN
Toronto, ON: $8,600.00 CDN
St. John's, NL: $9,400.00 CDN

ii) Grand Prize Draw

The Grand Prize Random Draw consists of the following prizes:

Level 1 Grand Prizes:

There are three (3) Level 1 Grand Prizes available, consisting of a trip for two to Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans.**

Each "Trip to the Super Bowl in New Orleans" Grand Prize consists of two (2) 300 Level End Zone tickets to Super Bowl XLVII, four (4) nights accommodation at one of the following three hotels: Hotel Provincial, Four Points by Sheraton or Omni Royal Crescent (double occupancy), a total of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) CDN spending money, return economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home to the Toronto Pearson International Airport and return economy air transportation from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Transportation to and from the hotel and the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International airport will be included. The trip must be taken from January 31, 2013 to February 4, 2013. In the event a winner resides outside the Greater Toronto Area, the winner will be required to travel to Toronto on January 30, 2013 and will be provided with a one night minimum 3-star hotel accommodation at a location to be determined by FedEx. The Grand Prize winner and travelling companion must travel together and will be responsible for transportation to and from the major airport nearest winner's home, meals, gratuities, applicable taxes, incidentals and all other expenses not specifically included in the Grand Prize. The approximate retail values of each Grand Prize are based on the following three departure point examples:
Vancouver, BC: $15,150.00 CDN
Toronto, ON: $13,200.00 CDN
St. John's, NL: $14,950.00 CDN

Level 2 Prizes:

There are 155 Level 2 Prizes available consisting of:

1 of 30, $500 gift cards for Future Shop or,
1 of 75, $200 gift cards for Rona, or,
1 of 50, $100 gift cards for Future Shop.,

Level 3 Prizes:

There are 450 Level 3 Prizes available consisting of:

1 of 350, $100 gift cards for Sport Chek or Sports Experts+ or,
1 of 50, $100 gift cards for Future Shop, or
1 of 50, $75 gift cards for Future Shop.

Level 4 Prizes:

There are 825 Level 4 Prizes available consisting of:

1 of 600, $50 gift cards for Sport Chek or Sports Experts+ or,
1 of 225, $50 gift cards for Future Shop.

NO PURCHASE ENTRY:
