open only to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older
begins on October 22, 2012 on or about 2:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 29, 2012 at 2:00 pm ET
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.
