Sweepstakes begins on November 7, 2012 and will end on November 16, 2012 at 12:00 pm ET.
Open to individuals age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using either of the following methods:
1) ONLINE – "Like" the Fit & Fresh Facebook page, enter through the Giving Thanks Giveaway tab - https://www.facebook.co
2) MAIL – To enter the Sweepstakes by mail: On a postcard, handprint your first and last name and email address. Mail your completed postcard with the above stated required information to:

Limit one (1) entry per person, household address and/or unique email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method(s) of entry. Any entries received in excess of this maximum will be disqualified.
One (1) winner will be determined by a random selection from all eligible entries received during the entry period described above. The winner will be contacted by the e-mail address provided.
PRIZE: One (1) lucky winner will receive:
- a Pottery Barn antique silver pitcher ($79),
- a Pottery Barn antique silver snack bowl ($35),
- a set of Pottery Barn antique silver napkin rings ($26),
- a Pottery Barn antique silver serving bowl ($89), and
- a $250 Gift Card to the grocery store of the winners choosing ($250).
Total prize of $479 retail value.
CHARITABLE DONATION: One dollar ($1) will be donated for each unique entry received in the giveaway to the non-profit group Feeding America, up to a maximum number of 2500 unique entries equaling a donation of $2,500.
