Public Voting for Online Finalist Determination:
Entrants are encouraged to share their Entry with friends and other members of the public ("Online Viewers") as specified in Section 5 herein. Throughout the Promotion Period the shared Entries will have the opportunity to be voted on by the Online Viewers ("Voting Period"). On or about January 18, 2013, the fifty (50) Entries with the most votes received from Online Viewers will be declared the online finalists
Judging for Winner Determination:
The five (5) Semi-Finalists will be judged by representatives of AT&T ("Judges") based on the judging criteria specified herein to determine the one (1) Winner. The Semi- Finalist Entries will be judged on the following criteria: (i) the degree to which applications for the start screen chosen and the corresponding content in the Celebrity Response Video represent Entrant's interests (33.3%); (ii) creativity of application arrangement (33.3%); and (iii) logic supporting the application arrangement (33.3%) ("Judging Criteria") and the one (1) Semi-Finalist with the highest score will be deemed the potential Winner.
Winner ("Guest") to Los Angeles, California ("Destination") to spend a day in the position of "Will's Assistant For a Day", currently scheduled to take place during or around February 2013, but subject to change (the "Trip Package"). The Trip Package will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor's choice near Winner's primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $1,200; (ii) round trip ground transportation of Sponsor's choice for Winner and Guest between airport and hotel at Destination and between hotel and assistant events, with an ARV of up to $200; (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with a nightly rate not to exceed $400 totaling an ARV of $800; (iv) one (1) $300 Mastercard gift card [Redeemable wherever Mastercard is accepted] for Winner; and (v) one (1) Nokia Lumia 920, with an ARV of up to $659.96; The position of "Will's Assistant" will consist of spending one day (defined as a minimum of eight (8) hours) shadowing Will Arnett as he performs various activities, the nature and timing of which are subject to the discretion of Sponsor; collectively (the "Prize" or "Prizes").Winner will not be required or requested to perform any work for Will Arnett. The total ARV of the Prize is $3,159.96.
