I am bummed I missed the lightbulb q as well - but I haven't had a car and all healthy kiddos all week ... and today my day decided to copy Ank's day and my car just up and died!! Needs a new coil - fixable and I will do it - but GNARK that is yet another day of shopping/another day of coupons I missed!
DH wants me to get more shampoo at Wags, but I did a dumb thing and left the car open yesterday. I had stuck my $$ in the dashboard thingy (ashtray, I guess it is). Anyway - I was in the house *maybe* 15 minutes, ran back out to the car and found the ashtray open and all but $8 gone.
Tonight my Glade 01s all beeped for price. They were the only 01s I used in my order, and all items were identical. After almost going down the tubes, that run ended up going OK, but I don't know WTF is going on there. Last week (when my Kleenex Qs beeped) my Glades and all other 01s were fine.
I would like your opinions on a non-target question for a sec -
Question for all you experienced BF mom's... My youngest is now 2 and still demands to nurse. I used to think I'd be one of those relaxed mom's that just let my kids nurse til they quit, but she has this tendency to try to nurse and use me as a jungle gym at the same time. It's no longer a comfy or edifying experience, but short of never sitting down, I can't seem to get her to leave me alone and transition/wean. Any advice?

I hit ST a few days ago and they had ex-Lrg eggs for .61 a dozen, so we'll have eggs for breakfasts - which is pretty standard here anyways. We'll do palachinka for lunch today (kind of like elephant ears at the fair) - not exactly healthy, but I'll blame it on being birthday celebration day, and we're doing the ribs tonite at a friend's house. Tomorrow is our church's pot-luck, so I've made some pumpkin bread to take and we'll have dinner there - probably do cheese sandwiches for lunch Sunday. I found a can of pizza dough in the freezer, and I have a lot of pace salsa, so I'm going to be creative and make a cheese pizza for Monday. Tuesday, I'll make sure to do the soup for dinner. I don't have noodles, but I think I've got some rice. I've got mac & cheese, tuna (not a big fave with kids, but if you're hungry you don't have much to argue about!), and cheese slices for grilled cheese and a couple cans of tomato soup. I can make some egg salad too, I just realized. If I can find some good manager's specials chicken bags at Kroger, I'm sure we'll be okay. I think I'm just kind of panicky because we haven't been this tight in ages. I am mad that I have let my pantry get so bare. I went through a "clear out the foodstuffs" phase - and haven't gotten the opp to restock. I don't even have beans in the pantry. Hubby can't eat 'em, but the kids and I could. I may blow some RR's at Wags for Oatmeal because hubby likes it - and it goes far. Hmm... I think they carry pasta too - so I'll check that out. I've got one lonely jar of alfredo sauce and a pack of salad shrimp - hubby would think that's a treat!
I do have some cans of beets - anyone have good ideas what to do with those??? LOL! I like 'em pickled, but never got around to doing it.
It does make it very tempting to try a "STC" run at ST... but if it doesn't turn out right - UGH!
Anyway, I'm racking my brain on how to stretch what we have and get what we need, but a plan is coming along... slowly...

Anyway - would it be really weird if I put together two boxes with a collection of these clothes, baby toys, blankets & a pack of diapers/wipes each? If y'all think it is too weird I can mail all of them to the gal I know having the twins ... but I just would like to help these two girls out as well ... but I am worried ... is it just too weird?
