This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

New GC alert at T... $25 (set price) GC - it's a radio controlled mouse in a T shopping cart and the controller part is the GC. The mouse/cart part is tiny and the GC looks like a piece of swiss cheese. laugh out loud I got two of these for the kids but don't plan to open them until I get the $$ off the GCs.

The 2nd one is similar... it's a $25 set price "GC" - it's actually a bag of 5 "tokens" - each one is a $5 GC. You buy the whole bag for $25. I guess the thought is that you can give them out as small rewards to your kids or as little gifts, etc Dontknow
Set price gift cards? Like the digital camera from last time? JUST like them?

LOL! I would do that if I had ECBs.

Somehow I lost my user name/pw/email address I used to sign up for Bing CB. I bought a new laptop 3 months ago and yesterday I got $50 deposit into paypal for the CB from that purchase! I have been using the credit to justify spending more than I ever have on little pieces of paper LMAO
Leaving money in the Paypal account is always dangerous for me.

Maybe it's old news...but seems like a great Q to me. exp. 10/31

Oh..and the saddest story.
A couple of weeks ago, one of our outside cats was hit by a car and killed. We had two outside cats...brothers. The brother that is still with us has been lonely for his brother.

When my son found the cat that was hit, he went and got a shovel and brought the cat to the state property across the road from us. He covered him up with grass and leaves etc. Now all of this is sad, and unfortunately a common thing around our rural home.

This morning, DH went out to start the vehicles and warm them up. He tripped over something...looked down and there was our recently deceased cat in our driveway. He had tripped over it. Frown Lying right next to it was his brother.

We can only come up with one scenario....our cat dragged his brother home? There's no other explanation. Poor guy.

But I still just can't quite believe that he would do that? The deceased cat was not out in plain site...at all.
This story is so sad it made me cry. I do believe that your cat would do that, because he loved his brother so much. He smelled his brother out and brought him home to be with him. Animals are people as far as I am concerned and they can have deep love just like any of us. When I see dead animals on our country road it makes me choke up every time and that is when I wish civilization wasn't so modern that an innocent animal could be hit by a car.

I was looking at the nivea coupons - any idea how much the lip stuff tends to run? With the bogo q and the buy 3 lip get free lotion q, I"m wondering if it's worth picking up a couple of these coupons.

Thanks in advance!
