it sounds like the next line - i had to call to speak to them before to get some orders credited. they close at 6pm EST i think. when you call the general 24hr line, they can take down your info and make request tickets for points but they don't actually put in the points.

i like this blog! the girl has opposite problem areas than me but i like her philosophy. i think it helps to take photos of yourself to look at. laugh out loud

it's cute! you look good in short hair! i've always had issues bc i like being able to pull my hair back. plus, short hair is so much more high maintenance than long hair bc it needs to be trimmed so often.
