and let us know what happens over at Express NEXT headquarters.
i don't know! my older orders were all charged fine... but my latest orders from yesterday haven't posted to my account yet. it'd be weird for the adjustment to post before the charges post, right?
duly confused.
i think so. i think i paid around $34 for both of my pairs (each) so that's even better. do you have to pay tax at amazon? we do now.. but if you don't then that makes it even better.
Missing dress bonus points - it's showing on their end (she told me the points for the order, which did not match what I saw) and "according to calculations", which she did not share with me... my total does reflect bonus points even if they're not showing up.
Someone else's transaction - they're saying there were so many orders around black friday and Christmas that sometimes the system spit out duplicate order numbers. If someone returned something w/ a duplicate order number, it would go on the NEXT account of the first person to be given that order number. She removed those and left the errant credits that I acknowledged weren't mine
In-store transactions that didn't post to the NEXT account- quite literally none of my in-store trannys have recorded since I got the CC....I gave her my CC number and she saw some discrepancies. She will "research it" and email me back tomorrow how many points they're going to credit me. I have a lot of returns, so it could get messy

When the stacking was active, I placed an order for $225 using a 75/225 coupon and $150 in rewards. It went through fine. Total OOP was less than $5
Then, I placed a second order that was supposed to be for $6.86. Unfortunately, it kicked out my 30/75 coupon after I hit submit. I talked to a lady who SWORE the coupon has never applied, since she couldn't see it. I asked to talk to her supervisor, who at first told me that I was wrong. When I asked if I could cancel the order and they could just reissue the reward, they said no. Then, they said that they could make a note in my account to take $40 off my next purchase, if I called it in...so it would be like a reward I could only use online.
Eventually, I talked to supervisor into applying the coupon for 30/75 which should have been applied in the first place. She researched the $225 order I made and decided to take off the coupon in the second order, since she believed me.
I know K has had a few really bad experiences with express CS, which really sucks, but my experiences have never been anything but positive. They've always been extremely fair with me and have given me the outcome that I wanted. I'm glad I haven't had any bad experiences to spoil my opinion of them.
They had applied a kicked out coupon to me once, during the time they first started kicking coupons out. Everyone who called it in was assisted promptly, no questions asked. The next time it happened to me, they won't do it anymore. I think they realized how we are able to take advantage of it and they have become firmer about it, hence you had to be transferred to the supervisor and Juliet got denied. Would have been ok because you can cancel the order if it kills the deal, but the bad part is that you lose your coupon.

It's not a particularly special place or anything...but it practically makes me cry when I think about the fact that he switched his flight to come back.
Also, he made reservations at one of the nicest restaurants in MN on Sunday, so I'll probably wear that lace express dress.
I'm so lucky...and so are you by the way you talk about DH! I love the fact that you got each other the same chocolate

They actually taste better cold than hot. They have some weird stale aftertaste or something strange to them to me.
duly confused.
