wow, that bliss deal went quick.

so after much debate over the weekend i ordered my new favorite pumps in black suede from 6pm. today i see that they've dropped $10. Sadwalk i remembered thinking that that may happen because 6pm always does that, and when i ordered they only had 2 left in my size. they don't have my size left anymore... so it's bittersweet -- would it have been available for me to order today for $10 cheaper? hmmmm Scratchchin anyway i hope i love the black suede ones! i'm still unsure about the taupe.

hmmmm doing some angel card accounting and i noticed that they accidentally charged me for a bo item even tho they didn't ship it, and then they credited it back. but for the charge they also tacked on 6.98 for shipping, which was not refunded when they realized their error. Frown why are they being so weird about shipping now?? this seems like an ongoing problem... and i suppose i will have to call them now. Frown

What number are you calling? Are you using VS customer service or calling the card company directly?

i didn't call anyone yet. i'm just looking at my angels card online and cross-referencing with my recent orders.

i emailed them. i'd rather do that first before i have to call.

They charged me shipping on a backordered item. They also charged me shipping on a regular order, where I cancelled a backordered item. The second one I'm scared they won't credit it back. I do that fairly often though, so if it catches up to me once I guess I can't be too upset about it. I guess I just hate that they're getting more inconsistent. I wouldn't mind so much if they'd just send out an official statement of new policies, instead of just slamming us with charges.

i know - it does sound like they're doing something about backorders and shipping. i highly doubt they'd send out a notice - i feel like we've been getting away with it in the past because they weren't checking very rigidly. perhaps they are checking now.
