I think the site is just wacky now. I don't think we have to requalify. I came into the program a list because I was grandfathered in.
have you tried signing out and signing back in? perhaps it could help... :do

also, cashback works for me on the ipad so i don't see why it wouldn't work on iphone.

Yeah, VS is bad with keeping the tax on shipping, but glad you got it sorted out!
Nerdi, as you got tax on S&H back it ensures that VS's refund system is totally random now
I am actually liking the getaway bag. But I am sure it matches many of my latest buy
If anyone is interested, VS's refund for tier code order is changed now it seems. CSR told me I would get back what I paid if I make partial returns from that order. I would not lose discount from another items that I am keeping. Which is good IF what CSR was saying is true

I got an email response and they said that they are still "enhancing" their site and that I should be logged in and using my Express card. Durr!

sounds like they did something to your account... esp if it doesn't show a-list anymore. i'm not sure how yours works since you should be grandfathered in. mine i have to requalify (similar to VIB) but i should be good for all of this year since i qualified last year.

I just got off the phone with Express. They told me that people who have been grandfathered in are having the shipping problems where it doesn't show any A-list info. The nicest lady I've ever spoken to said she is going to pass along my info as one of the accounts to get fixed.
But we still have to re-qualify. She told me that for us, it seems like once we re-qualify in the earning period, we are re-qualified through the next. So basically re-qualification for one earning period extends our status for 2 more years. What a

also picked up 2 of the $12 cami's to use with the mailer (to get to 30). i had to get M bc the straps were too short on S. the M was a bit loose but very comfy.
i really liked the setup of the limited store. walking in, on the left was all the neutral to orange toned clothes - ranging from ivory to orange with blush pink, peach, etc shades. on the right they had all the greens and blues. i loved the color-coded store! it was very inviting.
oh yay it was like my free corset skirt!
