No, not with the FS. I had to get them to manually take that off. I was finally able to get my Rolled Sleeve Cover Up Sweater in Currant. I've wanted this sweater for a while.

I ordered it about an hour ago, e-mailed them about shipping, and already, they refunded it.

oh i see. thanks... i guess i wasn't paying attention when you mentioned this before.

very annoying that they blocked those coupons. for me, they work up until i sign into my account - then they block it. it's like they're putting a block on accounts -- like a one time use thing or something.

anyway, i will try from my phone next time. Smilie

Which item did you want?

My phone, computer at home, computer at work, and different browsers all respond to express differently. It's such a pain.

i've given up on express for now because of all the troubles. the $15 off $30 mailers are not working for me either, in addition to the shipping problem.

did you try signing out and signing back into your account on ff? i have a feeling it's not working on those of you that were grandfathered in tho.

the 10 off 30 works still supposedly. sucks that the 15 off 30 stopped working. shake head

I wonder if they will adjust it when you call the coupon situation in. Scratchchin I hope they fix it before the coupons expire! I have my eye on a dress that I'm waiting for my reward + these coupons to work to buy.

my fur collar coat. i already decided to keep the one that i have but if i can get it cheaper..... laugh out loud

i think i'd rather just use a code that works without having to contact them than use the larger code and then emailing them. i know it's simple to email them but i'd rather just lay low and not have them "doing me any favors"... just in case.

They adjusted my shipping. I used a $15 off any purchase on my clearance sweater, and they had told me that they would credit my shipping within 30 minutes to make my order $0

it doesn't work for me. i think my computer signs me out so i had already been freshly signing in. my guess is the account.

i wouldn't call if you are applying the coupon to clearance. i think it would be ok for non-clearance.

does anyone have this sweater? i'm unsure about it. i got it in black and it seems to go well with leggings but i'm not in love with it. it was cheap with a tier tho.

I have that sweater in red, black, brown, and metallic purple. It's one of my favorites. I love the black with colored leggings, especially my gray ones. I wear this sweater often.
