i just got that wedge shoes you recommended. got my usual 5.5. seems comfy, looks nice, and good height.
ETA: It's easier to use pins to give you a line to follow with your stitching.
I'm glad you liked the shoes. Did you get black or brown? I haven't tried the black ones yet. Hopefully, they'll fit. I was surprised the 5.5 fit me, but they did. If they loosen up with wear, I can always use inserts to make them tighter.
ETA - I see in the reviews people talk about wearing this to formal events...but I would most definitely wear it more casually.
ETA2 - what I really want is for THIS ONE [express.com] (graphic stripe ponte sheath) to go on a serious sale. It hasn't been in the last 2 tick tockies .

Yes. My in-laws time-share has a full kitchen plus there are nice grills by the pool. It used to stress me out- fly for 5+ hours then figure out what you're going to make for 6 ppl and you've got one shot at Costco to pick up supplies on the way in. I'm used to it now. Luckily we are all hobby-cooks so each couple picks one night and it's usually delicious! We eat out for lunch and a few dinners in b/w.
Not to worry, we all stock up on styles that look good on us. I now have 4 of the ruched dress (stripe, pink w/ black lace, silver foil, and gold lace). 3 of which I would only wear to fancy events

Sorry, I already have it. I only bought black. It's been hard for me to pass on the purple & blue, but I haven't even needed the black one yet. If I wore coats more often, I would have bought those too.
About that model you mentioned before yeah- I agree, they use her too much. They also cut them off at the nose and hers distracts me . I do wish that they had a few different models and categorized them as 'straight', 'curvy' and 'size 6 +', then had each one model the clothing and had a photo we could look at. Sooo many times it looks nothing like the model on us. It would be so helpful and save them money on returns
