i never placed an order with express last night. now i'm glad i don't have to deal with the kicked out code. i couldn't get $120 worth of stuff i knew i wanted to use my reward. i kept thinking it would be better spent on a dress or something rather than a bunch of tops. not sure why i'm being stingy with my reward now when i haphazardly used up my last 2. laugh out loud Dontknow

i only have 4 src's. they actually didn't put one in one package, but i didn't bother to email them about it.


the dresses were the best deal. i was also able to get a columnist with sale + tick tock + coupon. i also bought tops with just tick-tock + coupon, i knew they wouldn't be as good of a deal, but i was in a hurry to think too much Teehee

eta: i didn't have problems with kicked out code. my order confirmation shows the discount. i was in it early though.

Doh i just realized i forgot cb... not new though... i am more likely to forget it than remember.

you should install the e*bates browser toolbar. it helps me a lot - it shows you if you're getting cb or not. it also helps me bc sometimes i'm able to get cb even tho i have to click thru a particular link to get a special sale. (it worked for me for nine west - i got cashback even tho i had to click thru my email to get 25 off 100) it didn't work for the drugstore.com coupon tho - i had to choose cb or discount for that site.

i was browsing on the ipad last night and too lazy to turn on a laptop. [yes, that is the real reason i didn't place an order Coverlaugh] i don't think FS was working and i'm too lazy to ask them to adjust it. laziness is the predominant driving factor... laugh out loud

I've only done it 2 times. Tell them it was a gift or dh bought it or something. I give them his phone number and if I owe anything I use my cc or debit.

that must have been awkward. so you told them it was a gift and they still looked it up with your cc?

btw, i have returned that ivory/gold colorblock shift dress. good thing the blue was on tick tock last night i was able to get it woot hopefully it fits ok, the colors look more wearable.

it was partially my fault. i asked about the exchange after i did a bajillion returns (probably 10 invoices or so) and i didn't mention gift or anything, just an even exchange. it was also a smarter manager-type. it's not my regular store - it's the weekend store i sometimes go to bc it's bigger, so it's ok - i hope he soon forgets me. i just pretended like i forgot that i paid $5 for that shirt. laugh out loud and then i said 'oh! if it was only $5 i'm keeping it!' but yes it was definitely awkward. Blush

they most of the times allow me to even exchange with receipt. no matter how much i paid in the invoice, they override their price to match. they can do it, it's just a matter of if they are willing. i don't do it much so that they won't think i'm abusing, so when i really want it done, it's easier for me to ask.

normally i do the exchanges first, then the returns. but i was carrying this really heavy bag of returns that day and i just wanted to get rid of it. laugh out loud it's ok - i'll just avoid that store for a bit. i feel bad putting returns on my smaller store tho - i don't think they sell that much.
