laugh out loud maybe that's where express got the brilliant idea of making bounce back coupons they put in all packages one time per account. It's so stupid. Spend all that money coding the coupons and printing them just to piss off the customer when they can not use them.

So true. Plus if they get an attitude I'm more likely just to return ther. I don't want to shop at a place like that. Most of express's reps are nice. Limited is fussy.

yesterday i had a SA look at a tulip hem dress i was returning for $12.xx and squeal and ask if i wanted to exchange it instead. laugh out loud then i returned a tee for $5. i was just like... i don't need it! they can sell the tee and the dress for more... i don't know why they give us a hard time!

I've had them make little comments. A lady at the limited was like you only paid $8 for that top. I was like I know. In my head I was thinking that's what I normally pay for all your tops and I don't like this one laugh out loud.

most of the time i get OK attitudes from SA's. i have been sending back my shoe returns, except for the current wedges. one of my stores said they'd take it, but if they don't normally sell it i feel bad. plus it's free returns on shoes.

limited is awful. i'm just glad i was able to get my 2 sweaters returned without a fuss. well, they did ask for my v$. luckily i hadn't used it - i wonder what would have happened if i had? shake head it had already expired by the time i got around to returning the sweaters! it is so different from express, where they encourage you to use express cash even if you returned stuff on the original receipt.

oOoo i may have smelled that one before. yum! do they do the 2 for 22 sale often? there is potentially always 10 off 30 with receipt survey. i ordered a gc from my cc to save an additional $5.

Today at vs I felt bad for the lady on front of me. She had a lacie hip hugger instead of the thong and was trying to use the coupon. It was clear she was confused about the offer (you know how some customers are with coupons). She told the sa she didn't want it if it wasn't the right item, and the sa said really, why (really loud and dramatic). I was like duh, she thought it was free you dummy.
