Mad Going to have to call VS, one of my backordered swim items was charged $5.99 shipping.. I ordered with free shipping for a REASON! Ughh.. they need to fix their web programmer or whoever is responsible for codes working, then not working, extra charges, etc..

And, what if I wasn't even checking my bill, what if I actually TRUSTED them to ship it without a shipping fee, as the code I input was for... I'm glad I check my orders and my shipment emails..

Sorry, to clarify- that was how I did it - I added DH as an authorized buyer online and it took a few months and it added to his credit. I only used him a handful of times Frown I think they sent him a card later and I destroyed it.
I have DH on there and my daughter. I wonder if she knows because I have never told her because I just thought it was her name on there, no credit history thing.

DH added me to his kohls cc... I checked my credit report a few days ago, and WOW, my credit score improved, it was in the 700's, now it's 800's.. thanks to him adding me to his credit card, and he has a much longer credit history.. his dates back to the early 90's, since his parents added him to one of their cc's... he was only 10 or so when they added him, somehow.. I have no idea how that works, or how that is possible... since I thought you had to be 18yrs old.. but I guess they cosigned.. Dontknow

My mom was the same to us. We did the same to our kids. But I had no idea she would be added to credit history, I know if she bought something I would have to pay for it, well I guess that is the same Doh. Well for the longest time I never even got a card for here, then finally I asked for one so I could get the coupon booklet. As of this date she still does not have the card.

I would be the same for Hurricanes/Tornado. I think when we are young we are not afraid because it is normal but when we grow up and learn fear more and move to unfamiliar areas our fear gets greater/stronger.

True and life experiences. Getting old sucks in some ways. Some of my fears I have now I wish would go away and I would be fearless like a child or young adult.

I struggle with talking about issues with ds. I have to as a parent protect him but I feel like I take some of his innocence in the process. Makes me sad sometimes.

Right? nod Calabasas was right next to his work too. My mom threw a fit when she saw it. His view overlooks what can only be described as... a chop shop. Ex-GF had her car broken into 2x and bro says that cars w/in the gate still get stolen b/c they have bad tenants or tenants that have bad friends. FacepalmThen that very same roomy that he moved there with, ditched him 2 mos into the lease to buy a condo with another friend. Then he had to find a roomy for this caca-hole.

nod Makes my mom a paranoid nut job... All of a sudden these rare occurrences become, "__bad thing____ happens all the time over there" . From observing my mom- I think the seclusion doesn't help much either. SAHM's with kids that have left the nest have less people to interact with and bounce thoughts off of. A job or social group - part time or other would probably help mitigate the effect Scratchhead I want K to post a book on how not to age into a paranoid shut-in Tongue

My youngest had some of her innocence taken from her way to early because of having older siblings and them talking about stuff. I wanted to keep her innocent longer. Frown
