interesting! i have comfy wedges but i don't really notice the bottoms. i'll bet they have a wider bottom.

i have center of gravity issues. probably don't need to add to them. laugh out loud

those bcbg shoes are pretty comfy tho. i didn't have time to really try them on, but i slipped my foot in and it didn't feel narrow like some reviewers said.

Does anyone have VS Corporate number? I want to call and ask about the number of online returns we are limited to in store.

I lost the number somewhere during my phone switches.

you've probably never had any that are super skinny. i'm very wobbly in them.

Yes! Thank you! I don't know why I didn't think to search for it. Thought maybe one of you gals had it handy Smilie

I called them and VS Corporate told me that in CA, they are NOT SUPPOSED to run your ID through for online returns. There was a specific memo sent out to all the stores. I told them that it basically does not make me want to buy anything online anymore, and it doesn't.

So they are calling my store. Hopefully they will get it resolved. I think I'm already at like 5 swipes for online returns

the don't swipe here. limited used to and it made me not want to shop. even if they're not online returns. who wants to shop somewhere where they don't let you return. i'll go to nordstrom if my stores start that bs. not putting up with forever 21 customer service. they can suck it.

oOoo CA has some strict laws it seems... like express said that in CA they can't look up your next ID with phone # anymore! and that it was just in CA and they got a memo.

Yeah, I guess in CA it's the law to swipe for in store returns without a receipt. Just ridiculous that they do it even WITH a receipt. But the fact that they do it with online returns is just plain BS.

They told me to have them call corporate immediately while I'm there if they try swiping my ID again.

I sure as hell wouldn't want to shop online anymore. I bet the store doesn't like me since I hardly ever shop in their store and just do online returns laugh out loud

i remember once when i was checking out at santa anita, the girl that helped me was telling another SA that 90% of her transactions that day were returns (i think i was returning stuff too). you're not alone!

I just find it funny that the manager challenged me to call corporate now since she was adamant that she was right. I will be glad to have her do my returns and if she challenges me, she can eat her words when I make her call corporate in front of me. Evillaugh

Thanks for calling. I will have to keep an eye when I go into the store next time and if they swipe it, I will call corporate too.

When I went to do an online return in store last week, the SA was adamant that I needed to have the FULL order invoice, not just the tear off bottom return portion, then when I told her that I've never heard that, and I've had no problems before with just the bottom portion, she acted like she was doing me a favor by returning it by scanning the return part of the invoice... probably trying to make sure people doing returns send back the extras if the order has those... mine didn't for that order in any case, but we'll see how things go when I end up exchanging a swim order more than likely.. seeing as my towel has shipped woot
