I need height with poofy skirts and it's summer so I like peep toes.

Philosophy gwp auto adds when you our 3 shower gels in your cart even though you need to spend $35.

That's cute too. You're taller. I could never pull it off but you could. You're tall and skinny. I'm skinny and short so if I wear poofy without a heel I look big.

Ladies, check orders carefully. Had an order still in process from 5/15 so I called this morning and was told that the 2 gcs used for $45 had no value on them and they needed my authorization to put entire amt. on my cc. First of all, why wasn't I contacted about this? Second, that's bs--I keep track of all my gcs and they were fully loaded. I know Tarri also recently had a gc problem. On the phone for almost an hour. CS could not find any charges on gcs except for this order and called store cs to see if used instore. Of course not, so CS is stumped..does not know what happened to $$ on both cards. First she was willing to give me $15 credit...umm that means I agree to lose $30. No way. Does more research, talks with supervisor, more research. Finally agrees gcs not used prior to this order, cannot explain what happened, credits my order for gc amts. I said I assume the towel is now OOS and of course it is. Giving me a $15 EGC to make up for that. I just don't understand what is wrong with them!!!

Me either but they really need to figure it out. Seems like everyone is having issues with their billing in one way or another. I used my catalog cert this morning. I'm seriously considering not ordering unless I have free cert money or rewards for awhile. I know I say that a lot but its getting crazy.

I know., I keep such good records on my gcs and knew it would pay off. I could have easily just lost $45. I love how my gcs had no value left but could find no trace of usage either with VSD or stores.

after i first heard of gc issues i decided i wouldn't use my gc's with these certs and fs codes. i don't have an hour to spend on the phone with cs!

however i do have 1 order with status:
Order Date: 05/16/2013
Ship Date:
Ship Method: OTHER

what does that mean?? i have not gotten a ship confirmation.

I wonder if there are any of us that haven't had a billing issue. That is crazy about your gift cards. They should be able to look at the transactions for the card to tell where the money went. I bet they're screwing a lot of people out of money. The majority of their customers don't come in message boards and gets heads up and support each other like we do.

speaking of gc issues the first time i tried to use that perfume rc it didn't work, so i didn't place an order. i'm glad it worked last night! hopefully nothing goes wrong there.

I have found that that means it will be shipping USPS, and after a day or 2, there will be tracking number.
