Is the new policy only for no receipt exchanges? Or does it do something for exchange only receipts?

I posted it just above the post you quoted. It sounds like you can only return one item for one item. I still have two shirts that I ordered with birthday coupons or 15/0 coupons I don't like. I'll have to go to the mall soon. I just got back yesterday, and this is a priority for me...what's wrong with me? Haha

Is VS still cancelling all back orders, when you try to cancel one? My DH's acct. has swim bottoms on back order that I didn't even order. Confused I'd like to cancel those, but keep my other back orders. If they're going to cancel all of them, I'll just return the bottoms.

N/M, the swim bottoms just shipped.

I think it's vague too. Leaves a lot of room for the sa's interpretation.

I just checked my mail and got an express mailer
4366 for 15/30, 30/75
4378 for 40/120

Both expire July 4. Hopefully, all of these coupons will still be good on clearance...and hopefully express will start their box sale soon!
