God dang it! That's exactly what I bought! How does this shopkick app work? Can I get that coupon any other way?

I would have preferred to run a few hours after yoga instead of basically coming home, changing out of one set of sweaty clothes, and going straight out to sweat up another set. But she had a baby shower this afternoon so we had no choice. I wish she'd gone with me this morning but she's still on the fence about the hot yoga. Sometimes she feels really good afterward and sometimes she feels awful. But she's still going and doing her best and she hangs in there and does all the poses. Heck some days I can't even do all of them.

I was just reading about what it costs to become an instructor - like $11k! OMG You HAVE to stay at this one hotel in LA too and it's like $4k more if you want a single room. They don't even list the franchise fees on the website. Holy shit!

I don't think the coupon is anywhere else, but the coupons alone on shopkick are handy at target pretty often. You could check the target website for a printable but I don't recall seeing one (I don't recall it, but I wasn't looking either).

The lady who owns the studio I go to, I'm not sure of her story but you can tell she's well off. That was prolly chump change for her. However there's a bunch of new 'instructors' that she trained here? I'm guessing they aren't certified by crazy old dude. And I don't see how all of these young girls could really shell out for all of that. Curious.

I'm going to be making my daughter a strawberry cake. Does anyone have a recipe for the filling? I was thinking white chocolate mousse. Do you think it will taste good together?

As much as I don't want VF to have to job search, I would love it if got a job with my company and lived near me. We cook have a cook off every weekend.

Take it easy with the fighting this week, too, as far as your shins go. I remember when we would have to kick the dummies with our shins 100 times on each leg and then go run five miles when I use to train. SOB! that hurt so much!

Good advice. We haven't had a class where we have to kick dummies or a heavy bag yet but I do that on my own 3-4 mornings a week. I will lay off of that the week before the run. Thanks!

laugh out loud Let me know when you plan on going to the Philippines to fight. If you land at an airport as opposed to a landing strip in a field then you're in the wrong fight. Roll

I have no plans to fight at all at this point. I'm not even that crazy about sparring to be honest. I'm sure I'll get there but right now this is a fitness + self-confidence thing for me, and that's all. I am a LONG way off from wanting to fight! laugh out loud
