The Sweepstakes is offered in conjunction with multiple companies ("Promoters") through different websites ("Creative Presentations"), announcing many different prizes. ONLY ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ACROSS ALL CREATIVE PRESENTATIONS WILL BE AWARDED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
The Sweepstakes begins on January 29, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 24, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period").
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (specifically excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) (collectively, the "Eligibility Area") who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and are the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, and currently reside in (and are physically located in) the Eligibility Area at the time of entry. Participants who are not yet the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside are required to obtain prior parentaurlhasbeenblockeduardian consent to be eligible to enter.
How to Enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. There
are three (3) ways to enter.
a. In Store QR Codes: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating
Kirkland's store and locate the "Kirkland's Treasure Hunt Sweepstakes and
Instant Win" signage and scan the QR code located on the sign with your
internet-enabled wireless device. This action will take you to the registration
page where you will need to enter a valid email address in order to receive
one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Then you will be shown a clue about where to
find the next QR code, which you will need to scan in order to receive a
second Sweepstakes entry. You will then be given a clue to the third QR
code, which you will need to scan in order to receive a second Sweepstakes
entry. Scan all three (3) QR code in order to receive a total of three (3)
Sweepstakes entries using this In Store QR Code method of entry. Message
and data rates may apply.
b. In Store Code Entry: During the Promotion Period, from your wireless
device, visit www.kirklandstr
codes: garden, coastal, treasure. Then complete and submit the registration
form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you
submit the completed registration form you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes
entry. For each of the three (3) available codes that you enter, you will
receive one (1) entry, up to a total of three (3) Sweepstakes entries using
this In Store Code Entry method of entry. Message and data rates may apply.
c. Microsite: During the Promotion Period, from your computer or wireless
device, visit www.kirklandstr
registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not
permitted. Then click on the Photo Hunt link and follow the links and
instructions to look for the three (3) hidden items. When you identify all
three (3) items, you will receive three (3) Sweepstakes entries. Limit: You
may play the Photo Hunt game one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
Tell A Friend Program. After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to
submit the names and email addresses of up to three (3) friends who must be
eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email
solely notifying them about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with
whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to three (3) friends
with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the
Sweepstakes for up to a total of three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries per day,
and an overall total of ten (10) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion
Period.
Limit: Each entrant may earn up to a total of [seventeen (17)] entries (seven
(7) by using (a), (b) and (c) above; ten (10) by entering through the Tell A
Friend Program above)] using any method or combination of methods of entry
during the Promotion Period through this Creative Presentation.
You may enter the Sweepstakes through as many Creative Presentations as you like.
Special Offer: Every non-winning entrant who entered through the mobile Creative
Presentation will receive one (1) of the following coupons: 40% off one (1) Kirkland
item; $10 off a $50 purchase; $15 off a $50 purchase; or $25 off a $100 purchase.
Every non-winning entrant who entered through the microsite Creative Presentation
will receive one (1) of the following coupons: 15% off and entire transaction; $20 off
a $100 order; $50 off a $200 order; or free shipping on an order over $100.
Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize for which an entrant is
eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered.
Accordingly, the Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative
Presentation will be: $10,000 (awarded in the form of a check payable to the
winner).
