Eligibility: open only to legal residents of fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old
Limit: You may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period.
Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 10 days/9nightstrip for two (2) to China on "Cathay Pacific Essence of China" tour,
including a pair of roundtrip Economy Class tickets from winner's departing port(Chicago, Los Angeles, New
York, or San Francisco) to Hong Kong. Departure dates must be booked three (3) weeks prior to travel. Travel
subject to availability and blackout dates. Flight must be redeemed by December 31, 2013. Seat subjected to
availability. Travel must be roundtrip. Extensions to expiration date and/or substitution of other cities will not
be permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. Unless otherwise specified, airline and flight itineraries are to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and travel companion must
travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner is responsible for paying all
applicable ticket or airport taxes & fuel surcharges that may be required at the time of ticket issuance. Taxes
will be advised prior to ticket issuance. Sponsor and Administrator will not be required to pay for any
additional costs of flying to and from port cities (Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco). All
expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not
limited to, accommodations, meals, ground transportation, transportation to port cities, passenger tariffs or
duties, surcharges, airport fees,service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees,
taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be
eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the
same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state/province of residence, then the travel
companion must be the winner's parent or legal guardian. The travel companion must execute Declaration of
Compliance (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions
and limitations may apply. Both winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining identification
documents necessary for travel from U.S. to Hong Kong and China. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated,
or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,806
