Timing: begins on February 28, 2013 at 12:00:00 pm Pacific Time ("PT") and will end on April 24, 2013 at 11:59:59 am PT

Eligibility: open to Registered Users and/or Mobile Registered Users, who are legal residents of the United States and who are at least eighteen 18 or age of majority

Limit: one (1) entry per person, per (weekly) Entry Period regardless of method of entry for a maximum of eight (8) entries per person for the entire Promotion Period

Prize: The Sweepstakes will award one (1) Survivor Finale Grand Prize (the "Prize"), that consists of a 3-Day/2-Night trip to either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY ("Finale Broadcast City") to attend the broadcast of the Survivor: Caramoan Finale for the Prize winner (the "Prize winner") and one (1) guest (the "Event"). The Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Prize winner and guest to Finale Broadcast City from a single major U.S. airport nearest Prize Winner's home (Finale Broadcast City and departure airport determined solely by Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, admission for Prize winner and guest to the Event on or about Sunday, 5/12/2013, ground transfers in Finale Broadcast City from hotel to studio and Five Hundred Dollars (US$500.00) spending money to be awarded in the form of a check. Trip destination and dates of travel are at the sole discretion of Sponsor and producer's production schedules. Prize winner may receive less than three (3) days notice prior to trip departure. If the Event is canceled, rescheduled or if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the visit to the Event or if the Prize winner cannot take the trip to be in Finale Broadcast City on a date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Prize winner and guest other than to supply the trip to either Los Angeles or New York as described within one (1) year from date of Prize notification, minus attendance to Event and ground transfers. If Prize winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Finale Broadcast City, ground transportation may be provided for Prize winner and guest in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Prize value. Estimated retail value of the Prize is Three Thousand Dollars (US$3,500.00).

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential Prize winner personally via phone number provided on the entry form within two (2) days of drawing. If unable to reach potential Prize winner within 2 days of notification by Sponsor, Sponsor retains sole discretion to disqualify the Participant and will attempt to contact an alternate
