Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

I did just that. That was when he only paid me for my dining room ceiling last September. Said the deck was not covered at all. then called me up with this rot/mold/mildew limited coverage that I have. And the rest is just waiting for a contractor to open it up. All these months. I tried, I even called the company repeatedly. She said she has to go by what the adjuster decides. So this was the manager who came out. Told them I did not like the other adjuster that he was not fair. So much is not fair any more.

Things constantly change with updates and facebook and who knows? You have to try in other browsers. So many things that used to work so nice for me in firefox will not work here at all.
There is a law that they are not allowed to over charge because of natural disasters. Something to do with price gouging???? Florida went through it every hurricane. They can raise it some but not more than a certain percentage over what it was before the disaster.That may be why they seem a little higher than normal. Better than it could be and if they were the best estimate and good status it may be worth it...... ask them to work your grandson!! LOL

They said if the rafters were damaged, it would be more but they were ok. No one expected such shabby construction under there.
They did really good work. Had to remove the roof and rafters, all edging and trim. They put in new gutters that are weird. Looks really nice
