I believe that people call things in thinking that it was a explosion because of recent local events. These things are relayed as sch over the radio and other people hear it on scanners as reported.

I don't assume it's a foreigner. I am pointing out how easy it would be for a foreigner to do this (and worse) when they can just stroll across the border, (which even has hand rails in some places for easier crossing), and then certain people in the country aren't worried in the slightest about their intentions.

The entire North Korean army could stroll across the border and some people would want to give them driver's licenses and free medical care and make them citizens.

Not biased, I was flipping channels while listening to NRA News online. Actually I heard about the explosion on NRA News several minutes before any news network.

I wouldnt comment on ANYTHING right now either. Don't care who it is, any "facts" given right now will be clouded. It takes time for people to process what happened and sort it all out. Especially this event, need time to investigate.
