A few of my friends family is there, but havnt heard anything bad yet. I personally have no conenctions there however I hope everyone the best the same as if I did have someone there.

I remember in the older days (90s) when you called a city that had too much going on cellphone wise it would say "all circuits are busy" or something like that..

I agree, I dont know how large their force are but there would usaully be a team of 2 at minimum.
