Reddit has a thread of people following it, if you want to google it.

There have been reports of explosives and grenades. Also, a stolen police vehicle. I'm just relaying what others have reported....so who knows.

People need to quit thinking about what they can get away with and just do the right thing. If someone blocks them just because they think they can, they should spend some time and jail with all the other idiots.
If people give up that right, then the government could easily say anytime they want that it's a national emergency and they have the right to search your house. Warrents are there to protect citizens rights.
There has to be a good reason to search your place and that's a judge's job to decide if there is enough evidence for that individual's rights to be waved.
We are still and always will be (hopefully) innocent until proven guilty!

car. In it sit - Dagestani,
Chechen and Ingush.
Question - Who is driving?
Magus says: - The police.
FWIW, I've been listening to the police scanner off and on and I did hear that they were provided with food earlier. They said something about a sandwich truck.

If you have nothing to hide, gtfo of the way and let them do their jobs. Stand on your soapbox some other time.

There's a terrorist on the loose = damn good reason to search.
Also its "warrants" and "waived".

But meh...everyone seems to be ok with them slowly taking away our constitutional rights for "the protection of everyone" ...so whatever

I've been thinking long and hard about what I'd do if I lived in Watertown and the cops wanted into my place. I'm glad I'm not in that situation because I honestly don't know. But don't you DARE farking tell me I deserve to die because I believe something different from you.
Just because you can't see a reason for something doesn't mean there isn't one. That attitude of "if you've done nothing wrong you have no reason to fear" is DANGEROUS and SCARY to me. And I happen to believe that some rights and freedoms - like the ones in our Constitution - are inalienable and persistent under any and all conditions. It kind of says that, someplace, I think...
So, this is a little more serious than me standing on a soapbox on a principle. And I'd ask you to give it a bit more thought & consideration before you go deciding who's next to get blown up just because you don't agree with him.

I'm not saying I wouldn't allow it, but I don't think anyone should be jailed for denying them access. We have the right to put our privacy before our safety if we wish. If I know that no one is in my house and no one has been in my house, why should I allow more people to come into my house? I could be risking my safety if someone were impersonating a cop and got into my house.
