Texas Roadhouse® Mother's Day Get-Away Sweepstakes, which consists of two separate promotions, begins April 22, 2013 at 8:00am PT and ends on May 13, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by doing the following:
facebook entry - "Like" the Texas Roadhouse facebook page, enter through the Mother's Day Get-Away tab - https://www.facebook.co
Complete the entry form, including choosing your favorite Texas Roadhouse® restaurant location, and provide all of the required information to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Promotion (defined below) and one (1) entry into the Weekly Drawings Promotion (defined below).
Limit of one (1) entry per person in each: the Weekly Drawings Promotion and Grand Prize Promotion—though an entrant may obtain additional entries into the Grand Prize Promotion as described below.
After completing the entry form, Entrants will be given an opportunity to share information regarding the Sweepstakes to their friends and connections. The shared information will include a referral for the friend to enter the Sweepstakes and instructions in how to do so. For each friend or connection that follows an Entrant's referral and the instructions to successfully complete the entry form, the referring Entrant will earn one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Promotion (defined below). All decisions regarding appropriate referrals and additional entries are within the sole discretion of Sponsor.

THE GRAND PRIZE PROMOTION
Potential winner for the Grand Prize Promotion will be selected solely at Texas Roadhouse's discretion on or about May 15, 2013. The total ARV of all prizes is $3,950.00.
PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): A three night stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island, Florida and round-trip airfare for two.
WEEKLY DRAWING PROMOTION
The Weekly Drawing Promotion consists of three separate drawings, one for each "week" during the Promotion Period (each, a "Weekly Period"). Specifically, the Weekly Periods consist of the following dates:
Potential winners will be selected by random drawing on or about the Drawing Dates listed in the above chart from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period up to the date of that Drawing Date. Limit one Weekly Drawing prize per person (including, if applicable, mailing address, email and/or phone number).
PRIZES: The following prizes, in the quantities noted and having the listed approximate retail value ("ARV"), will be awarded during each Weekly Period, with a total approximate retail value of $3,950.00:
