3. HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on
4/29/13 and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on 5/1/13 ("Overall Entry Period"). Within
this Overall Entry Period, there will be three (3) separate daily entry periods
(each a "Daily Entry Period") as follows: Daily Entry Period #1: Monday, April
29, 2013 starting at 7:00 AM (PT) and ending Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 6:59 AM
(PT). Daily Entry Period #2: Tuesday, April 30, 2013 starting at 7:00 AM (PT)
and ending at Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 6:59 AM (PT). Daily Entry Period #3:
Wednesday, May 1, 2013 starting at 7:00 AM (PT) and ending on the same day
at 11:59 PM (PT). In order to enter, watch the Home & Family Show ("Show")
airing on the Hallmark Channel on Monday, April 29, 2013 starting at 10:00 AM
ET/9:00 AM CT/7:00 AM PT to hear the two different clue words (each a "Clue
Word", collectively, "Clue Words") which will be announced during the Show.
The first Clue Word will be announced during the first hour of the Show, and the
second Clue Word will be announced during the second hour of the Show. You
may earn one (1) additional entry per day by watching the Show on Tuesday,
April 30, 2013 and/or Wednesday, May 1, 2013, (each day at 10:00 AM (ET)/9:00
AM (CT)/7:00 AM (PT) when two (2) different Clue Words will be announced
each day on air. The first Clue Word will be announced during the first hour of
the Show, and the second Clue Word will be announced during the second hour
of the Show. Once you have the Clue Words from any or all Daily Entry Periods
visit www.hallmarkchannel.com/homeandfamily, under "Sweepstakes" tab (the
"Sweepstakes Website") and follow the instructions to complete the entry in its
entirety ("Entry"). You must enter both Clue Words correctly in order to complete
your Entry.

a. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
an eight (8) day/seven (7) night all - inclusive trip for Grand Prize Winner
and one (1) guest (individually "Guest", and collectively "Group") to the
RIU Jalisco - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ("Trip"). The specific destination will
be announced by the Show's host on Monday, May 6, 2013 during the
Show. The Trip will include the following for the Group: (a) one (1) coachclass round trip airfare per Guest from a major US Gateway nearest
Winner's residence to a major commercial airport nearest trip destination
("Destination"), (b) one (1) room/double occupancy hotel
accommodations, at the RIU Jalisco (c) all - inclusive, portion of prize will
be subject to all terms & conditions of the RIU Jalisco, Resort, and (d)
airport/hotel transfers at Destination. Approximate retail value ("ARV")
of Trip: $5,000.
