Sweepstakes begins on May 7, 2013 at 9:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2013 at 11:59 pm ET.
Open only to citizens of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence on or before May 7, 2013. Additionally, Entrants must be licensed drivers in their state of residence.
The following two (2) entry mechanisms allow for entry into both the Grand Prize and First Prize drawings:
I. Online Entry (for Grand and First Prizes): Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes online for Grand and First Prizes by visiting http://honda.us/music and following the on-screen instructions to complete all required fields, including first and last name, date of birth, zip code and contact information, on the registration form. Once complete, Entrant must click "Submit" to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize Online entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on October 31, 2013. First Prize online entries must be received as indicated in the chart below.
II. Mobile Entry (for Grand and First Prizes): Entrants may receive one entry into the Grand and First Prize drawings by visiting the mobile version of the Web Site and submitting their first and last name, date of birth, zip code and contact information to complete the registration to be eligible. To link to the mobile Web Site, text the key word CIVIC to the shortcode 95248 on your mobile phone. Customers will receive a bounceback message containing a link to a mobile-formatted version of the Web Site. This method of entry requires a Smartphone with text message capabilities that has access to the Internet. May not be available through all carriers. Entry using a mobile device constitutes your agreement to receive bounce-back text messages and, if applicable, text messages and/or calls for prize notification and instructions. Text the word "STOP" to cancel (will receive a confirmatory text); text the word "HELP" for help. Standard data and text message rates apply. Check with your mobile provider for applicable charges, for which entrants are solely responsible. Not all mobile carriers participate. When entering, use caution and do not disrupt traffic. Grand Prize Online entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on October 31, 2013. First Prize entries must be received as indicated in the chart below.

III. Music Festival Kiosk Entry (for Grand Prize only): Electronic, self-serve kiosks will be located adjacent to the Honda Zone at the three (3) festival locations described below. Entrant must follow the on-screen instructions to complete all required fields, including first and last name, date of birth, zip code and contact information, on the registration form. Kiosk entry is available only during the hours of operation for each respective festival, as posted on-site. If a Grand Prize entry is submitted via the kiosk, a separate entry must be submitted to be considered for one of the First Prizes.
Festival locations:
Festival One (1): The 2013 Sasquatch Music Festival (located in George, WA) is currently contemplated to begin on May 24, 2013 and end on May 27, 2013.
Festival Two (2): The 2013 Governor's Ball Music Festival (located in New York, NY) is currently contemplated to begin on June 7, 2013 and end on June 9, 2013.
Festival Three (3): The 2013 Austin City Limits Music Festival (located in Austin, TX) is currently contemplated to begin on October 4, 2013 and end on October 6, 2013, and begin again on October 11, 2013 and end on October 13, 2013.
Each entry will count toward the Grand Prize and a First Prize, except for entries via kiosk, which will only count toward the Grand Prize. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize and one First Prize entry per person and/or email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries in excess of the limits stated herein will result in disqualification of the Entrant.
Grand Prize: One Grand Prize is available. The grand prize consists of: A 2013 Civic EX Sedan with Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation SystemTM with Voice Recognition, along with payment to the dealership for costs associated with sales taxes, registration, tags, title, and other fees.
Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP")/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $24,953.00 (includes destination, sales tax and handling fees). Sponsor is not obligated to award any item or amount beyond the Prize stated above; sales tax and other costs may vary by jurisdiction and Sponsor will award the value applicable to the winner (as determined by his or her state of residence). Except as provided herein, no expenses incurred directly by the winner will be reimbursed by Sponsor. The color and other customized features of the Grand Prize will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Additional restrictions may apply. The winner must take delivery from a dealer specified by the Sponsor. It may take up to nine months for the Grand Prize to be delivered to the dealer. The winner must take possession of the Grand Prize no later than 30 days after receiving notice that the vehicle has been delivered to the dealer specified by the Sponsor and is ready to be claimed. Failure of the winner to take possession within such time will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Upgrades and any other expenses not specifically identified in these official rules as included in the prize are the winner's responsibility. At the time the winner takes possession of the Grand Prize vehicle, he/she may be required to present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
First Prizes: Four First Prizes are available and will be awarded by a random drawing of all entrants that select the specific venue:
One pair of VIP passes to Sasquatch Music Festival. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,000. Passes include: 4-day ticket to the festival, access to VIP viewing areas at all four stages and the dance tent including a platform on the main stage with special lounge area (main stage platform may be closed off for some bands pending their approval), access to the Cliff House - a private club near the main stage with air conditioned private restrooms, a cash bar, special menu and the best view in the venue of the Columbia River Gorge, in and out access for all 4 days of the festival.
One pair of VIP passes to Governors Ball Music Festival. ARV: $940. Passes include: three-day VIP Access, VIP viewing areas located at each stage, VIP lounges will provide fans with access to an exclusive, shaded area, and will include amenities such as massage services, ping pong tables, and comfortable seating, a cash bar (credit cards can also be used), offering not only beer and wine, but also spirits. The VIP lounges will also provide air conditioned restroom facilities.
