Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter,
answer the questions on the online entry form, including (a) describing your "most memorable Mother's Day gift." The answers to (a) must be 2000 characters or less ("Entry").
WINNER SELECTION. At the close of the Contest Period, a qualified panel of judges will judge eligible entries on the basis of the following criteria:
• Originality (30%): How creative and inventive was the content of entrant's Entry?;
• Compelling Story (30%): How compelling was the content of the entrant's Entry?
• Consistency with Sponsor's Brand Image (25%): Does the entrant's Entry accurately represent the Sponsor's brand image?; and
• Quality of writing (15%): How well did the entrant present the Entry?
Each Entry will then be awarded a score from 0 (poor) to 100 (perfect) in each category.
PRIZES:
A. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of up to four trips for Grand Prize Winner and a guest to any city where Sponsor has a Melting Pot restaurant in the United States and Canada. Each trip includes round trip, coach class airfare from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence (selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) to the chosen destination; one (1) night's hotel accommodations in one (1) double occupancy room (hotel to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor; excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals) and round-trip transportation to and from the destination's airport and hotel, round-trip transportation to destination's Melting Pot location. Grand Prize Winner will also receive four (4) $150 gift cards to The Melting Pot, one (1) $800 gift card to BlueNile.com, one (1) $600 gift card to FromYouFlowers.com and one (1) $300 gift card to Molly Maid. Gift cards subject to issuer's terms and conditions. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $7,300. Total value of four trips may not exceed $5,000.
One (1) Second Place Prize: Second Place Prize winner will receive one (1) $200 gift card to The Melting Pot, one (1) $400 gift card to BlueNile.com, one (1) $200 gift card to FromYouFlowers.com and one (1) $200 gift card to Molly Maid. Gift cards subject to issuer's terms and conditions. ARV of Second Place Prize is $1000.
One (1) Third Place Prize: Third Place Prize winner will receive one (1) $100 gift card to The Melting Pot and one (1) $300 gift card to BlueNile.com, one (1) $100 gift card to FromYouFlowers.com and one (1) $100 gift card to Molly Maid. Gift cards subject to issuer's terms and conditions. ARV of Third Place Prize is $600.
