Prize: (1 winner) Prize package for two adults and two children under 12 across the Black Hills and Badlands region of South Dakota. Prize includes a $2,000 gift card which can be used for travel expenses; voucher for lodging accommodations for 4-nights (winner can select from a variety of lodging options worth $440 or the option to upgrade lodging using the value of the lodging prize component); and voucher admission to twelve South Dakota attractions - the Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial, 1880 Train, Performance of Trial of Jack McCall, Mt. Rushmore National Memorial, Wind Cave National Park Tour, Badlands National Park, Devils Tower National Monument, Journey Museum, Mammoth Site, Flintstone's Bedrock City, and Tour of Historic Deadwood with Alkali Ike followed by the Trial of Jack McCall (ARV $2,756.64)
Travel must be completed by 9/30/14 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide admissions to the local attractions, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates of 8/2/13 – 8/11/13 and 8/1/14 – 8/10/14; additional blackout dates and restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation to/from destinations, meals, incidentals, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner.
