bring them to the beach where LOTS of people have tattoos. point out the older ones and use terms like patina copper and prison tats.

I had a wonderful day with my family. we all had a picnic at the beach and were getting ready for fireworks!!!!

Jimmy, however, feels that their effort is wasted and that they would be better off doing something meaningful and worthwhile with their lives instead.

We are all entitled to our opinion. even if you don't like it.
Still, wouldn't get one. If the parents don't have tattoos and they respect their parents, might make them less inclined to get tattoo's themselves.
