Heck yeah they can. They have one of the most impressive business intelligence software out there.

Go to your account and under order history click download reports. There you can generate the reports.
The report does not show Refunds.
How do I calculate the % return rate?

The Item Subtotal price isn't always correct. I purchased an item during blackfriday for $199.99 but it shows it costing $352.69 in the Item Subtotal column. Why aren't the actual prices one paid shown in the report?

run the report for total items, then run the report for number of returns. Divide.

(Items Bought + Items Refunded) / 2 = Return Rate.

Wrong...

Its (Items Returned) / (Items Bought) x 100

OR

($ returned)/($ bought) x 100
