Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

The problem:
"In fact, for at least the last 160 million years, as known from evidence preserved in the geological record, Earth's magnetic field has often reversed polarity. Why is this a problem for which i have created this most elaborate of threads under a different name, to now, finally reveal the purpose of its creation.... A simple hey Doomsday warning.... You see we are approximately 120,000 years over due for another reversal. No just like the dinosaurs and prior to the 1950/60's introduction of the plate techtonics theory we don't know why it happens. Theories abound...after large meteor/comet collisions. But what is interesting TODAY, right now. Is that when measured from satellites in space, we have found anomalies in the directional flow of the iron core center of Earth (pockets of Liquid iron that flow North to South--I believe that's the correct opposing direction for a magnet North ...on what we call the North pole in the Arctic circle).
Anyway the problem? During that VERY LONG time period (for us) where the earth transitions from one direction to the other; when enough anomalies occur, and the Earth's magnet field weakens to the point where it can no longer protect us, we will be at risk first from ordinary space debris. But that's just the start of the problems, as eventually (depending on the speed of the transition etc. ) without the magnetic field to protect us from the sun's Solar winds / radiation we'll lose everything!.
Without that magnetic deflection that gives us the wonderfully beautiful Arora Borealis (Northern Lights) we'd all be cooked like ants under a magnifying glass. And further the Earths layers of atmosphere would be stripped away and with it the water and plant growth leaving us more like Mars until the shield is reformed and the most basic of bacteria begin to repopulate creating an atmosphere once again.... If it takes too long we'll simply become another life-less planet among so many (that we know of).
Of course if the "others" are right then that's all silly b/c the Earth is only 6,000 years old & subject to the whims of a all knowing invisible overlord. Who I am told by others, WHO COULDN"T POSSIBLY KNOW EITHER, that if i simply believe in him/her then i will go to a different place to live out my life. I think they called it Narnia.
