240 bucks for a 4x8 decent little trailer that most crossover SUV's these days could pull, Requires assembly, but with another 60 in lumber and it'd be hard to find a heavily used one on craigslist for that cheap. Comes with title, just purchased one at my local HF.

fwiw, I was able to lift both... though the 70kg longer box is no joke.
Box 1
70.5x28x57 cm
28x11x22 in
48kg/105lbs
Box 2
158x30x15 cm
62x12x6 in
71kg/156lbs
1) What is the cheapest (while also being safe and reliable) way to get a hitch for a truck? I've got a '99 Ford F150.
2) Can I haul stuff in a trailer with a V6 truck? It's 2wd, which I know is usually preferable for towing, but I know the V6 isn't really. I'd be looking at hauling an occasional motorcycle, pellet stove, that kind of thing. Maybe some furniture.....
v6 or not
Thanks
I'm limited space, so does this "fold up" when not in use?

This trailer can be pulled by nearly any car. I've used a Toyota Yaris and Chrysler Concorde. I've moved a washer and dryer, furniture, kitchen sets.. you name it. No need for a pickup truck for the average joe.
If you don't have a hitch, eBay will be your cheapest option. Read the instruction manual on the hitch before buying to see how complicated it is to install. For example - the Yaris was literally 4 bolts and 10 minutes of time. The Concorde was about 1-1/2 hours because it required a reinforcement plate drilled into the floor pan. Vehicle wiring is also relatively easy for a 4-pin harness, check youtube/car-specific forums for instructions and U-Haul for the harness and 1-7/8" ball.
BTW, I was able to fold down the back seat of the Focus and fit both boxes no problem. I let the HF guy load them them in the car for me, but I lugged them at my end. Worst case, you can open the box and just move the parts instead of the whole box.
plywood is 4x8 and fits right on the trailer. I bought some pressure treated 2x4's to make rails. there are brackts on the outside form them to slide into. works great and was pulling it with a '05 subaru Wagon with no issues
Not sure but i believe the coupon is in all spam mail and local newspaper all the time.
