I could totally post this huge long rant about my mother right now, but I'll just say this.


I'm farking sick of paying her farking bills and fixing her farking car and being the constant source of money for her while she spends what little she makes on beer and pot.

I had to remind my dad a couple weeks back when he was explaining to my nephew why he shouldn't be mad if someone doesn't let him use something they own, that the AC unit is technically mine laugh out loud

I mean, I'm 28 years old. I should not be in the position of supporting my mother at this age (considering she just turned 52 last month). Just because DH and I live comfortably does not give her the right to expect money every time she asks me. She knows I won't say no! At first it was $20 here, $50 there. Now, 3 years later - it's $50-100 every month for one reason or another, not to mention I pay for her cell phone every month. And now, a broken car that has to be fixed or else she can't get to and from work.

I mean, really? I feel bad that I'm so angry. Like it's my job to take care of my mom because she did "such a great job" with me all those years growing up. But that's not the case. And I can't just tell her no.


Today farking sucks.

If I had at least thought to grab my laptop I could have at least posted here from the parking lot while I waited to get back inside. Oh well, at least there wasn't a real fire I guess.

*edit* It was actually at 4:00am here. I'm still half asleep and was looking at the time on my laptop.

That happened to DW and I when we were in Montreal. The fire department had to respond. That was an exciting night!

I just went to get a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I pour it in the bowl, and there's (literally) 17 pieces of cereal left. Enough for *maybe* 2 bites. Yes, I counted.

SIL was in town last weekend. That woman ate everything but 17 farking pieces of cereal and put the box back in the pantry. Seriously!?!?

I'd rather you finish the box and throw it away. It's a total bitch move to leave 2 bites' worth of cereal in a box, leading me to believe I had at least 1 bowl's worth in there.
