Is there anything better? I think not.
Corello Anejo is amazing, posssibly some of the best tequila I have ever had. What is your favorite?

For the price, two tequilas that I find pleasantly palatable on a budget are the Sauza Reposado and Camarena Reposado. El Jimador is slightly more expensive than those and also a very good choice for budget minded tequila drinkers.
1800 is not bad, but all of the above are better in my opinion.
As a general rule, I have yet to come across an Anejo that I didn't find at least palatable, some worth their premium, others not so much. Reposados are good when you hit restaurants that don't have much to choose from (I tend to order a double over rocks), and silvers are for mixing. I find silvers much too sharp for my taste to sip.
Get a hold of the Corralejo Anejo, and for the $$, I argue that it is one of the best tequilas to pass your lips. Sip it, don't shoot it. Savor it and enjoy it.
I don't chill my Tequila. I do pour it over rocks, but I never pre-chill it.

One of my favorites is the Frida Kahlo Blanco [tequila.net], pricey(where I've paid, just googled and of course there's always somewhere that sells it for dirt cheap, $25 a bottle for 750ml)... oddly enough for nearly the same taste try the Costco Blanco Kirkland tequila. I really like casa nobles, don juiio reposado, clase azule, asombroso, corazon, lots of great bottles out there! one that I loathe is Jose Cuervo, although they have a special blanco version [tequila.net] that is really great, if it were more affordable it'd be one of my go to's.
The best taste to me, let alone the price, is the costco kirkland line currently being sold at costco. The blanco being my favorite. Do your self a favor if you haven't already, sip on the Blanco Kirkland [costco.com] from costco... then for a nice treat try their anejo.
Keep in mind the kirkland brand constantly rotates the juices inside their bottles, so what you had before might not be what they have now or in the future. Meh it's all personal preference, I enjoy having an affordable bottle that I love to taste.
sheesh and for what it's worth:
tequillas I don't like: jose quervo(not the especial blanco in blue box, muy bien), suaza, patron, cabo wabo(used to really like, my pallet changed I guess.. or matured), hornitos anejo(used to really like this too, still like it but it has added sugar in it i think..), 1800 (used to like the reposado), tres generations(used too like the repo and anjeo), lunazul, camarena,
tequillas I like: el jimador, correlejo, don eduardo, chinaco, Siete Leguas, 3 mujers, el tesoro, don juilo, frida kahlo, sol, milagro, asombroso, clase azule, Herradura, cazadores/cabrito, , espolon(got real cheaply priced last 7 years or so), corzo, casa amigos
tequilla i love: current costco line of kirkland tequillas especially the blanco, don julio repo, Don Augustine line, cuervo del reserve (blanco "platino" and anejo)
tequilla i'm looking forward to trying: tres agavales, amate
I love me some tequila.
The kirkland costco reposado is great too, 15$, to me it can't be beat. Apparently I tend to like the highland agave based tequilas.
It's a blend of Reposado, Anejo, and Super Anejo that has been filtered to the point that it actually appears like a Blanco, but is very smooth. It has a really sweet agave flavor, slightly smokey with just a hint of spiciness. It's sweeter than I prefer, but highly palatable. I'd definitely drink it again if I were to run across it in the future!
Blancos are for margaritas.
