Robert Jordan/Brandon Sanderson - The Gathering Storm

Surprisingly similar to the other books in the series, which is very good Smilie

I'm currently on the second book in the "Ashes" series by William Johnstone. The writing style is horrible and some of the content is downright offensive and some laughable. But as far as a post-holocaust plot the books are incredibly addictive and I can see myself continuing to read the series (I believe there are over 30 books in the series now).

Finished The Percheron Saga series of 3 books by Fiona McIntosh

I also love the Women of the OtherWorld Series by Kelley Armstrong

Are there any suggestions for more in the same vein?? (haha)

With all the talk of Carl Sagan Right now im starting Edenborn..by his son Nick Sagan...the transition is a bit for me after reading the Percheron Series..but Im sure it will be a good book!!!

I just finished The Memory Keepers Daughter and started reading The Undomestic Goddess. I tried to read The Unbearable Lightness of Being, but I made it about a third of the way through and it's just a little too slow- paced for right now. Maybe I'll try it again later on.

Is that by Neil Gaiman?? I loved The Graveyard Boy.

I am reading Nick Sagan's Idlewild..I can't tell you how much I am enjoying it!!
I started Edenborn...I didn't realize that Idlewild was the first one...so I am reading this later...I am going to look for more of his books later.

Also, Neil Gaiman had a quote about Idlewild on the front cover...
