Stupid insurance not covering thyroid issues for me anymore cost me $160 today, plus $60 for the bloodwork. Thank goodness the doc is passing on his discount on the bloodwork, otherwise it would be about $600. EEK!

The ultrasound I'll have to have in September will be $500. Lovely.

But he did say I wasn't nuts for feeling like I've been run over by a truck since I ran out of one of my meds. Yawn I'm so tired. He doesn't understand why that happens, but he hears it a lot.

He gave me a 1 week supply of sample meds, knowing my insurance doesn't cover them anymore. Annoyed The receptionists ran to the back when he was in a room and gave me almost a year's worth. Whee
