RETIRED: Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

It's Monday, there are no new job postings, I send out a few more resume's... ugh

Also, my wrist didn't get much better, I think I sprained it playing basketball - I wrapped it up tight, so it doesn't move for the last 3 days, it's getting a little bit better, but it's been hurting for over 1.5 weeks now..
I don't really want to call a doctor about it, but at the same time it could be something more serious... and even if I were to call a doctor, I don't know which doctor to call laugh out loud

That sucks. Finding a new job takes a while. Definitely don't expect anything to happen quickly with it. It took me MONTHS. Be aggressive but be realistic about the timeframe. I started looking (though not as aggressively) in May of last year and I just started this job in January.

Sorry about your wrist Comfort How long are you gonna give it before going to the Dr?
