A fun little word that I've had to learn in the last week.
Guess who is going in for surgery number 13?
At least I think it's 13.. I kind of lost track along with body parts..but this time I get some shiny new parts added like metal cage and screws..
Anyone have experience with this? Do tell...

Been busy with work and getting thing as ready as I can for my dister's visit, I pick her up from the airport in a few hours
I'm more exhausted than normal but I think the homestead is ready for company lol
I even got the 7 hummingbird feeders cleaned and refilled so they can entertain her.

We did go to Costco so she could help me stock up on a few things.
Took a couple of short walks.. she takes longer ones without me..and just watching netflix and chatting.
But our pollen count is like 11 something out of 12.. and now my coughing (asthma) is getting out of control and the congestion is sinking deep into my lungs
So I got my nebulizer out today.
