A fun little word that I've had to learn in the last week.

Guess who is going in for surgery number 13? laugh out loud
At least I think it's 13.. I kind of lost track along with body parts..but this time I get some shiny new parts added like metal cage and screws.. Whee

Anyone have experience with this? Do tell...

Ohhh! You are so lucky; you get to see all of the cuties in your own backyard!
I tried to get some pics but the light was low so not sure if they will come out. Also had a visit today from the chipmunk and took some pics of him. Am not sure where the card cable thingy is so it might be tomorrow before I can load any pics off the camera.

Our boy cat was so worked up by the speedy chipmunk that he was huffing, his ears were going a mile a minute and he was banging his tail on the window as he watched the chipmunk. laugh out loud

Physical Therapy was the only thing that resolved my piriformis pain, twice. It was a bother, it was painful, and it left me exhausted and sore, three days a week. But it worked. Hang in there, and tough it out. It's worth it.

Thanks everyone.

This wasn't just muscle soreness or even joint pain (which I used to be able to deal with using Aleve but am not supposed to take that for 6 months).. I also had sharper pains "biting pains" in the area of the fusing... which was more of a concern.

So the PT on Friday backtracked to the stuff we did day 1. *sigh*.

And even today I am still very sore all over. Who knows.. maybe my body started eating it's own muscle to help start the fusing process.. I admit I am not much of a meat eater and got tired of tuna..so I have been drinking protein drinks every day for weeks.

Today I have the added fun of sinus issues, swollen glands and a cough.. tight lungs. laugh out loud

Just shoot me now.
