Just a heads up that CowBoom [cowboom.com] is no more and it will now be Best Buy Outlet.
All items on CowBoom's site is OOS. All items are being consolidated to BBO. Currently the sign in system on CowBoom is not working. If you have any issues contact CowBoom directly here [cowboom.com].

Cowboom was like the perfect wife. Had something for you once a week , always coming up with new things to keep you interested and was always there to check it out when nothing else was happening with other stores
RIP cowboom, I'll never find one like you

when was that special time? I'm in pst zone but never figured out the time.
Xbox 360, PS3, 3DS XL, Nexus 7, 2DS (brand new), etc. All in excellent condition and all appearing to be brand new.
Obviously judging from this thread there were a lot more people that got in on great deals. Maybe you're just unlucky.
Bought more than a few things from them. Always shipped well, always in better than described condition (everything I ever bought has been like new) and just in case they had a simple and paid return service to get your money back.
Been owned by Best Buy, but not directly part of it. When is the last time Best Buy did a site-wide 20% off coupon?
I'm just guessing, but it was likely that Cowboom simply needed to meet certain sales goals and get rid of stock that BB basically had no more value in. Trade-in items, store warranty coverage, ect. They can make more with Cowboom than they do selling off pallets on their junk site.
Now it will probably become a profit driven program, to make money rather then just get rid of the stock and cover costs.
Time will tell. But, I work in corporate retail and logistics for a company larger then BB.... higher management does not make a change like this only to keep things the same.

I personally don't buy used items, as I don't want someone else's problems (or their cooties, LOL). But for those who don't mind them, Cowboom was a good deal site.
