Another stop to consider is Gig Harbor, which is just across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge from Tacoma. Very pretty little harbor (plus the view going over the bridge is amazing) and there's a British food store there that is wonderful, they have just about anything you could want and their prices are pretty good for imported foods.

One note, it's free to cross over the bridge to Gig Harbor but there's a toll to return to Tacoma over the bridge. What we usually do is drive to Tacoma, go over to Gig Harbor to shop, then drive up to Polusbo to stock up on stuff then take the ferry across to Seattle. That's the best view of Seattle you'll get, from the ferry and that way you avoid the bridge toll and only have to pay for the ferry one way.

they are not because they wanted to simply give them their own name like Pizza Hut with the Pizzone. 2 things. they had a play on words offering Subs (ie: underwater vehicles) and Boats (ie: above water vehicles). the second being they offer 2 kinds of "Boats". a deli boat which isn't completely sealed off like a calzone, and then the calzone style "Boats".

I really love the Katjes Saure Heringe, which are a soft fruit gummy (eldeberries, lime, lemon) with a bit of a sour taste but covered in granulated sugar to offset the sour. They were awesome but haven't been able to find them for a while. Just checked the Katjes page and they're not listed anymore. Sadwalk

Hey, just because Jets puts even more arbitrary names on things doesn't make what I said untrue. I'm just saying, it's another example of a calzone being offered and not being called a calzone. It seems that they're trying to group what's essentially pizza into a line with a deli sandwich based on shape. Just based on the names, I'm guessing the "Jet's Boat" was the initial offering, and the "Deli Boat" came later. If it were Pizza Boat and Deli Boat, at least the line would have some symmetry.
