This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.
All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I just LOVE when WAGS has these Q's!!! Great to use for all the FAR (free after rebate) stuff along with some RRs (register rewards).
-can you do an order with a bunch of books where some are less than $5 and some are more than $5 (so you have some OOP)
-are GC orders working for everyone?
-any way to purchase a GC online and get the number right away (so you don't have to have it mailed to you)?
[QUOTE=Devilmomma;12300852]Thank you. I will

I hate to put a complaint in here with the compliments, etc., but otherwise it would just end up being a double post. Plus it has nothing to do with the above!
Has anyone else encountered problems with the wording of the Land O' Frost coupon? It says "No Doubling", and I have been refused at the SuperTarget from Hell and a nearby Hell-Mart. They said I could only use one coupon per purchase, and that it meant per transaction too. No matter that I was using two coupons on two items - they interpreted that as doubling. I tried to explain that doubling a coupon meant doubling its value but the GSTL or LOD or whomever got quite nasty and rude with me, cutting me off with a sharp "SIR!"... meaning I was to hush.(It didn't work.) I never raised my voice, and I had to give up even though I KNOW that's not what the coupon means. I complained about this woman to the store manager, who agreed with her interpretation of doubling. I told her I still wanted her called out on her rudeness. I'd complain to corporate, but they've heard enough from me about this particular ST. I swear the only time I'll go there is when I have coupons for free items, just to chap their @$$!

Last night I did an order from 11pm to 2:30am, using a gift card, but it FINALLY worked and went through. only had to refresh that last page 3 times. got the email confirmation and have yet to get a cancellation (though nothing has shipped yet either).
I thought about getting the GC online since my Borders was across town. But decided against it because it might be harder to get it 'refunded' or whatever without having the physical card should the order get cancelled or other problems. I have no experience with the online GC's though so my opinion could be unfounded. I just did what was comfortable for me and got a physical card.
Oh, and I've been ultra lazy, no 'snips' where I shortened your comments. Sorry!
Of course, that being said - it's a free country. But that doesn't mean I have to like what everyone else does in it..

Last time I got stamps and liquid Tylenal PM, walgreens is the only place I can find the stuff and there are not very many doses per bottle! Now the trick will be getting a cashier that will let me take my total down to under $10 hmmm.
