Pawn Stars now on broadcast TV

Just noticed them advertising this on the CW. In Baltimore it's on 54.1 from midnight to 1AM. I already programmed by OTA DVR to pick it up. I don't have cable.

By the way, it's fake. No pawn shop runs like that. It is good entertainment though. If you don't take the family or Chum serious. It's obvious some of it is staged, but it can still be funny or just interesting looking at cool old stuff.

They have 2 shops I believe. The real pawn shop which is like every single pawn shop in the US. Then the staged one that has all the cool antiques and art which history channel pays for.
The store I work at was also approached to do a similar show. They wanted to set up an extra part to the store and play trivia games. But the owners declined because it would be too much hassle. They wanted us to film on Sundays when we were closed.
The company ultimately went to a nearby city and filmed Combat Pawn which lasted about 5 episodes.
Agreed. The first few seasons were decent. Then they sold out to 5 hour energy.
